In the Himalayas, the King of the mountains, there are tracts of land, inaccessible places, inhabited by neither monkey nor man. There are other tracts of land, beautiful spots, where both monkey and man live. In these places, hunters set pitch traps to catch the monkeys.

Do not be afraid of doing good deeds.
It is another name for happiness.
I know well that good deeds leed to a ripening, a blossoming,
which is pleasing, joyous and happy for a long time.

Meditation is an ideal method of boosting your brain power. Even meditation for a few minutes every day can be very helpful. To meditate, you need to fine a quiet room or place where you can sit down. Listen to your breathing and concentrate on breathing in and out slowly. Meditation calms your mind and helps you remember more information.
I have taught the Dhamma in full, and if one understands the meaning of even a stanza of four lines of Dhamma, and is set on living in accordance with it, one may be called widely learned, one who knows Dhamma by heart.

           Just as the River Ganges flows towards, inclines towards, tends towards the east - so too, one who cultivates and develops the Noble Eightfold Path flows towards, inclines towards and tends towards Nirvana or Nivvana.
